Easy Focaccia Muffins

Here’s an easy way to bake focaccia with different flavors all at once.

Focaccia Muffins

For this recipe I use my GF sourdough focaccia recipe and divided it between 12 muffin cups (line with muffin liners–I like silicone liners). Follow the directions for making regular focaccia, but modify by adding toppings for each muffin.

Once the dough has risen, preheat oven to 450 degrees.

Use a small spoon or your finger to dimple the tops, then sprinkle with desired seasonings on top.

Two options to try:

Cinnamon sugar–add two parts sugar to one part cinnamon
Rosemary salt–sprinkle with fresh rosemary and a slight pinch of salt

Then drizzle with a touch of olive oil.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the middle of one of the muffins is 205-210 degrees. Let cool fully and enjoy!
