Spanish Pineapple

1 ripe pineapple, diced
Salt
Pepper
Extra virgin olive oil
Place the desired portion of pineapple in a bowl. Add a pinch of salt and a touch of pepper. Drizzle with a bit of extra virgin olive oil.
