Parmesan Smashed Broccoli

Broccoli
Olive oil
Garlic powder
Salt
Pepper
Parmesan (or Goat) Cheese

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Cut broccoli into florets. Steam broccoli for 5 minutes or until tender.

Place broccoli florets on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.

Sprinkle with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Top with a bit of Parmesan or goat cheese.

Bake 10-12 minutes or until the cheese melts and begins to brown a bit.
