One Bowl Candy Corn Blondies

1 cup (two sticks) butter, melted
1 ½ cups brown sugar, packed
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
2 cups GF flour (regular is fine if GF is not needed)
1 cup white chocolate chips
32 candy corn pieces

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Line a 9x13 pan with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, stir the butter, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla extract and salt. Stir well to combine fully.

Add the flour and mix well to fully combine.

Add the white chocolate chips.

Pour into the pan and spread evenly. Top with the candy corn.

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the middle is no longer jiggly.

Let cool for 15 minutes and then remove from the pan. Let cool fully before cutting.

Makes 32 blondies.
